Fields at Bell Acres Project

QVRA recently partnered with the Quaker Valley School District to lease a 30+ acre parcel of land in Bell Acres Borough on which to develop high-quality athletic fields. The 50 year lease agreement provides QVRA with three important opportunities:

  1. Invest funds into the development of more safe and well-maintained field space for the children of the community

  2. Create a "destination recreational park" where families can enjoy their childrens' sports, stroll along neighboring trails, visit a playground, and enjoy a bite to eat at the concession stand

  3. Work with local families and businesses to address a major missing element within our community: adequate green space.

The site location is named The Fields at Bell Acres and will include multiple fields for sports such as baseball, softball,
soccer, lacrosse, etc. There will also be support services such as spectator seating, dugouts, parking lots, a concession stand, and maintenance buildings. QVRA has launched a $5mm capital campaign to raise funds to develop this property. Once completed, The Fields at Bell Acres venue will offer the community an ideal destination for family activities.

The Fields at Bell Acres Project has set a capital development goal of $5,000,000 for creation of the Fields at Bell Acres. We need the support of every family within our community. These fields will be the place that our children will recall when they reminisce about playing sports as a child. Help be a part of that memory. Help repay those the parents and grandparents before us that funded the fields and facilities that we played upon in our home towns.
