Stuff We Need

Since the inception of this project, we have received offers by people to donate in-kind goods and services to the park in lieu of cash contributions.  Listed below are many of the things we need and the process we follow in order to identify and incorporate these gifts into the procurement cycle of the project.

List of Items
There are many things we need to help complete the Legacy Fields at Bouchard Family Park project.  We have provided a general list of items below to give you a sense of these items.  If you are interested in providing an in-kind donation, please send an email to fields@qvra.org.  We will contact you to discuss the details.

• Pavilion shelter, (4) tables and benches
• Trees, bushes, flowers, and plants for all non-field areas
• Landscaping services
• Perimeter fencing (split rail, shadow fencing,  etc.)
• Field maintenance equipment (2653b reel mower, trailer, 200g sprayer, 1200a bunker rake, Tanaka Edger, etc.)

Donation Process
There is really a three step process we need to go through when accepting in-kind goods and services donations. 

• Send an email to fields@qvra.org with the high level details of your offer or to inquire about what we need.
• We will then exchange specifications about what we need, how it needs to be installed and the plans for ongoing maintenance.
• Upon exchange of all the necessary information, we will present the final offer to the Capital Development Committee and the Finance Committee to make sure we have captured the nominal value of your donation in our normal donor tracking systems.
• After completion of this step, we are ready to proceed!
