Winter 2024 Player Training Program
SAS Winter Player Training: U6-U8 on Sat Mornings 8-9 am, U9-U12 on Sunday Mornings 8-9 am, 8 Weeks Jan 6/7, Jan 13/14, Jan 20/21, Jan 27/28, Feb 3/4, Feb 10/11, Feb 17/18, Feb 24/25.
Spring 2024 U4 Group Schedule
U4 Group meets one evening each week, Monday nights from 5:30-6:30 pm at Edgeworth School Grass Field (200 Meadow Lane, Sewickley, PA 15143).
Projected Spring 2024 Start Date is Monday, April 8.
Parents please come dressed to participate with the kids! Practice games and skills are run by the volunteer parent coaches, with direction by the Age Group Coordinator (AGC) and topics provided by the DOC.
Spring 2024 U5/6 (4 and 5 year olds) Program Schedule
U5/6 Co-Ed Group Practice:
SAS U5/6 group meets for Training on Wednesday nights, in Staggered Groups, with Group 1 teams meet from 5:30-6:15 and Group 2 teams meet from 6:30-7:15 pm at Edgeworth Grass field. Address is 200 Meadow Lane, Sewickley, PA 15143. Bring a size 3 or 4 ball, water, shoes for grass, and wear shin-guards. All players receive an SAS Shirt.
Training is run by the Age Group Coordinator (AGC) and the volunteer parent coaches with age-appropriate training topic exercises provided by the DOC. using the Mojo Coaching app.
Projected Spring 2024 Start Date is April 10.
U5/6 Co-Ed Group Games:
SAS U5/6 Groups meet for Games on Saturday mornings at Quaker Valley Middle School (QVMS) Turf. Game Times in the morning for Group 1 teams is between 9:30-10:15 and for Group 2 teams between 10:30-11;15 am. Players and Teams will be informed which Group they are in prior to the season start. Shoes for grass or turf are fine. Wear shin-guards.
First week of games is Saturday, April 13, 2024. Final games Saturday, June 1, 2024.

Projected Start Date is April 11, 2024.
U7/8 Group Games:
SAS U7/8 Groups meet for Games on Saturday mornings at Quaker Valley Middle School (QVMS) Turf. Games for the Girls Division will begin at 11:30 am and wrap up by 12:15 pm. Games for the Boys Division will begin by 12:30 and wrap up around 1:15 pm. Players in each Division will be informed of which Team they will play on prior to the start of the season. Shoes for grass or turf are fine. Wear shin-guards. Games to begin April 13, last week June 1.
